Mark is currently a pediatric dental resident as well as an MPH student concentrating in health promotion and disease prevention. Mark aspires to balance a career where he is able to practice clinical pediatric dentistry while maintaining an involvement with public health through teaching, developing health policies or participating in community programs.
What I would like to get out of this program:
I am excited to participate in the program so that I may establish a network of colleagues with whom to share ideas and discuss salient public health issues. I hope that the skills learned during this program will strengthen my foundation to be an effective leader and allow me to act consistently toward embracing values that I hold in the highest regard, such as charity, leadership, and higher learning while promoting kindness and compassion.
