Personal Information:

I was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Texas in 1981. I am married to Nelson Santiago and have 4 children (3 girls and one boy). All my children are married and have children of their own making me a grandmother of 9 children of which one was born a week ago and 2 year-old twin boys. I enjoy traveling especially abroad at a moments notice. I do not like spending more than 4 days total to include travel time at any location, because I enjoy I usually have to get back to the day to day operations.

What I would like to get out of this program:

I would like to get a working knowledge of human resources and better communication processes with employees and people in general.
