Personal Information
I am a "new" country girl! I have never lived in the country, but now I wake up to 300 acres of country in my back yard! I love it and don't think I'll ever truly live in the city again!
What I would like to get out of this program
I would like to use this program as a purposeful journey to hone the skills I have in the various disciplines. I believe health only occurs when the physical, mental emotional and spiritual are in sync. I hope this program will allow me to find other pieces to that total health puzzle, and point me in the direction to help others I work with to find their health as well.
