My father was in the United States Air Force and I grew up traveling the world. After graduating from Omaha Benson High Schoo l(Omaha, NE), I attended North Carolina Central University (Durham, NC) and received my BS in Community Health Education. After working several years, I obtained my Master's degree in Health Education and Promotion from East Carolina University (Greenville, NC). As a public health official, I am very interested in working towards positive adolescent health outcomes.
Personal Information
I am free-spirited, loving all things creative. I love to write poetry and short stories, as well as paint using watercolor and acrylic. I'm a people person who strives to excel in all that I do.
What I would like to get out of this program
I would like to gain a greater understanding and the skills necessary to become an effective public health leader.
