I have been in public health since 1995. I graduated in 1993 from UNC-CH School of Nursing. My primary background is with Family Planning and Maternity services. I have worked as a case manager, interviewing staff nurse, and now I am the Clinic/Nurse Manager. I manage a clinic that provides one stop shopping for all adult clinical services with our health department. I am very excited about this program because I am interested n furthering my managment skills within public health and also to network with other professionals that are interested in public health.

I am a wife and the mother of 4 children with the youngest being 2 years old.

What I would like to get out of this program

I would like to enhance my management skills and prepare for advancement within my organization.
