I work with the Early Intervention Program where I analyze cost,authorizations and utilization of the service units given to the children with delays. I am currently researching Outcome studies regarding the efficacy of services provided both to Autistic and severely disabled children with the intention of publishing a paper.

I am married to Suzanne and we have two kids, Giselle and Jaeden. My hobbies are recreational mathematics,Christian Philosophy, kayaking and tennis.

What I would like to get out of this program

I would like to understand the concepts, skills and strategies necessary for effective program leadership in a dynamic environment. Also I want to learn to think critically and how to manage change. Finally, I would like to expand my network.
